    Concourse-Cloud Terms of Service

    1. Introduction
    Welcome to Concourse-Cloud, a service provided by Concourse Hosting, Inc. ("Concourse", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Concourse-Cloud services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

    3. Use of Services
    You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

    • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

    4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

    5. Service Availability and Modifications
    We strive to maintain high availability of our Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue Services at any time, with or without notice.

    6. Data Ownership and Security
    You retain all rights to your data. Concourse will not access or use your data except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

    7. Payment Terms
    Services are billed according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of Services.

    8. Termination
    Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Concourse may suspend or terminate Services immediately if you breach these Terms or your actions threaten the integrity of our systems.

    9. Warranties and Disclaimers
    The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    10. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concourse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

    11. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concourse, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

    12. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    13. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
